
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational leadership, management and continuous improvement of the Bank’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) environment. The role ensures the secure, reliable, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of all ICT infrastructure, systems, applications, cybersecurity controls, digital banking platforms, and technology support services.
Job Description
Report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Manager, ICT leads the day-to-day ICT operations of the Bank.
Responsible for maintaining technology service excellence.
Manage technology risks and support digital banking initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Work closely with business units, technology vendors and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that support the Bank’s strategic objectives and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Technology, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Experience managing enterprise ICT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technology support services.
Experience with banking, financial services, telecommunications, or other highly regulated environments.
Demonstrated experience in project management and technology implementation.
