As part of our continued commitment to delivering quality, reliable, and efficient service to our customers, nbs has established clear Daily cut-off times for specific services.
Effective from Monday 16th June 2025, the following cut off times will apply from Mondays to Fridays:

New Accounts Operations | 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM |
Fixed or Term Deposit Accounts | at least 24 hours prior to the effective date of any TD related transaction |
Issuing of Bank Cheques | 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM |
Manual Transfers/Payments | 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM |
In-Branch Deposit & Withdrawal transactions of $20K and above (Note: applicable to cash or cheque transactions) | Main Branch at ACC Building - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Matautu Branch - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Vaitele Branch - 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM Fagalii Branch - 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturdays - 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM |
