Eligibility

All purchases made using an NBS issued Mastercard card for an online or in-store transaction globally will be considered to be an eligible entry for the promotion. ATM transactions will not be considered. All nbs customers who are residents of Samoa are eligible for this promotion and will need to be over 18 years of age. NBS staff are excluded from the promotion.

Eligible transactions must be completed between 12:00 AM on May 5th, 2025 and 11:59 PM (Samoan Time) on June 30th, 2025 (“Campaign End Date”).

Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules. Prior to the awarding of prizes the winners shall be required to confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The prize draw will take place within two weeks after the campaign end date. The winner will be contacted directly by NBS following the draw. In the event that the selected winner declines the prize or is unreachable within 2 days after the draw, NBS reserves the right to award the prize to the next name that was drawn under the same condition.

The experience includes travel for one (1) winner and one (1) guest to and from London, United Kingdom, from September 26–28, 2025. To accommodate long travel times, an additional night of hotel accommodation in London has been provided on September 25, 2025, before the official program begins.

The trip includes round-trip economy flights to and from Samoa to London, one (1) double-occupancy hotel accommodation with breakfast, round-trip transportation between London International Airport and the hotel, and ground transportation for all program-related activities.

Guests will enjoy a Welcome Dinner on Day 1, Category 1 tickets to the Women's Rugby World Cup Final, and a $75 USD per person match-day food and beverage credit available at the hotel.

Each guest will receive a Mastercard-Rugby World Cup themed gift bag and a signed player jersey.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Note: All prize details, including the itinerary and experiences, will be determined by NBS at its sole discretion. The trip must be taken on the specified dates, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected if time permits.  

 

3. Winner Selection: Random draw (managed by NBS) from eligible entries.  

 

4. Winner Notification: 

The winner will be contacted via phone, email or private message on FB Messenger or WhatsApp, and has two (2) days from the date of contact to confirm their acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not confirm within this period, NBS reserves the right to award the prize to the next name drawn under the same condition. 
 

5. Travel and Visa Requirements:

• The winner and their guest are responsible to apply for their own passports and travel visas.  

• NBS will provide assistance and supporting documents where necessary to facilitate the visa application process however is subject to the grant of respective visa by the British embassy and their terms and conditions 

• NBS will not be responsible for any missed flights. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they arrive at the airport on time and comply with all travel requirements.  

• NBS is not liable for flight delays or cancellations.

• NBS cannot make arrangement to shift return flight dates, this will be at the customer's cost. 

 

6. General Conditions: NBS reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion as needed.  

 

7. Publicity: The winner consents to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes by NBS and its service providers, including Mastercard.   

 

8. Liability: Neither NBS nor Mastercard is liable for issues arising from inaccurate information or during participation in the promotion. 

 

9. Supervision and Approval: The draw will be supervised by the GCA and conducted in compliance with the relevant regulations.

Ticket Terms and Conditions: Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time (as available and set out at [https://media.ticketmaster.co.uk/tm/en-gb/img/static/pdf/2025/wrwc/terms_and_conditions.pdf] or such other webpage as determined by World Rugby Events Designated Activity Company (“WRED”) from time to time) and all applicable WRED and tournament organiser “Tournament Organiser”) and venue owner or operator rules and regulations relating to access to Rugby World Cup venues and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by WRED). Further each winner and his/her guest(s) acknowledge that he/she may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with WRED and/or the Tournament Organiser concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize.

 

11. Negative Publicity: Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicize any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of WRED or the Rugby World Cup. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause 2 shall cause significant damage and loss to WRED. 

 

12. Data Protection: By completing your details you are agreeing to receive emails from the Promoter unless you opt-out of such correspondence. Your information shall be securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter shall not share your details with anyone else. 

 

13. Use of Data: The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to WRED and/or Tournament Organiser (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of WRED and/or Tournament Organiser relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners. 

 

14. Responsibility for Promotion: This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of WRED. Accordingly the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not WRED or any other persons involved in the staging of Rugby World Cup 202520272029 (including Tournament Organiser) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion. 

 

By participating in this promotion, NBS customers acknowledge and agree that NBS may collect, use and disclose personal information about cardholders, winners and their guests for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.
